Dear valued Consumer,

We regret to inform you that the Cuqoo Electric Heated Double Blanket (with batch number 44859), which you have purchased from us does not comply with EU and UK safety requirements. See pictures of the product below. 

The product presents a risk of electric shock as the mains plug was not fitted with a fuse link which was correctly rated. 

The item did not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 Part 2 Regulation 9 (1) as the item was not accompanied by adequate instructions and safety information required by the standard. 

The Cuqoo Electric Heated Double Blanket is therefore unsafe and must not be used. Please stop using it immediately and contact us for a full refund.
